Freeman Clarke is the largest and most experienced team of CIOs, CTOs and CISOs. We work exclusively for ambitious mid-market companies.

In 2012, CIOs Graeme Freeman and Steve Clarke founded Freeman Clarke when they realized just how many mid-market companies needed C-suite technology leaders but only on a part-time, or fractional basis.

Since then, Freeman Clarke has grown to a team of 100+ technology leaders, or Principals, who use technology to drive growth for mid-market companies. Our Principals have delivered literally hundreds of winning IT strategies.

Our fractional CIOs, CTOs and CISOs provide strategies precisely attuned to client needs. We’re so confident in our work that we don’t lock our clients into long-term contracts: we add value every day.
