Ben Cabrera is a performance driven executive with a proven record of transforming organizations, IT systems and operations in challenging environments. He joins Freeman Clarke after his most recent role was as CIO of Covanta Corp. a $1.87B global leader of Energy from Waste solutions.
Ben has held senior business and technology leadership roles in the aerospace, pharmaceuticals, energy and waste industries. His multi-industry experience has consistently delivered innovative, scalable and cost-effective solutions. Ben is a tri-lingual ex-Pat with extensive experience in Europe. Latin America and Southeast Asia. A former U.S. Marine, Ben holds an Executive MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from NJ Institute of technology.

Bob has many years of experience in creating and managing complex technology platforms, with particular expertise in cloud architecture, financial systems, high-volume transactional web services, information security, and forward looking technologies such as AI and IoT.

He formerly served as VP of Software Development at JPMorgan Global Asset Management and has held senior technology roles such as CIO of DebtResolve, Inc., CTO of Authentidate, Inc. and CTO of HealthScout, Inc. As principal of Timegen Consulting LLC, Bob has been consulting CIO / CTO for enterprises and startups alike, including Financial Times, McGraw Hill, and the Statue of Liberty / Ellis Island Foundation. Bob holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering and a BA in Physics and Mathematics, all from the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric is Principal with more than 30 years experience in technology. He has held key positions as a software engineer, engineering manager, enterprise architect manager, cybersecurity architect, and CTO. He has built and managed high performing teams and always identifies and applies the business value of technology, including cloud migration, large application and system design, and vulnerability detection and remediation.

Before joining Freeman Clarke, Eric served as CTO for integration vendors WSO2 and IONA Technologies, Chief Architect for the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse, Chief Architect for the Treasury and Trade Solutions Division of Citicorp, and Chief Security Architect for Citi Consumer Bank. He was elected Distinguished Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation (now part of HP) for his contributions to their transaction processing product line.

He has authored or co-authored widely read university textbooks, including “Understanding Web Services,” “Understanding Web Services with SOA,” and “Principles of Transaction Processing.”

Frank is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur, having occupied C-level positions in several prominent companies. His technical expertise, operational management capabilities, and business development prowess establish him as a standout leader.

Frank successfully built a startup that generated $18 million in revenue within two years. He has been named one of Westchester County’s “Rising Stars” and earned a spot in Entrepreneur Magazine’s prestigious “Hot 100 Fastest Growing Businesses in America” list for two consecutive years. Frank has consistently demonstrated his proficiency by overseeing large teams, implementing extensive technology infrastructure projects, providing strategic oversight in software development, and establishing robust cybersecurity controls for multiple organizations. He spent the past decade as Chief Information Officer at Iridian Asset Management.

Frank holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College.

Jim is a highly accomplished strategic executive with a demonstrated history of driving successful data product solutions to address client challenges. Known for delivering profitability and ensuring customer success through effective leadership as a visionary thought leader, analytical problem solver, and clear communicator.
Jim possess authoritative expertise in leading technology and product teams to create and innovate modern data product offerings. Apply a pragmatic approach and possess extensive knowledge in enterprise data management, data visualization, and data science.

Jim successfully ran a $20M consulting practice for a global consulting firm delivering to some of the largest enterprise organizations in the world.

Joe has an excellent track record as a technology leader and is an experienced portfolio professional. Throughout his career, he has had a focus on artificial intelligence and automation.  He can operate as a CIO, CTO, CISO or AI Specialist and has recent engagements in all of these roles.

Joe’s Freeman Clarke engagements cover information technology strategy, business and technology alignment, application development and implementation.  He often works with small, fast-growing and scale-up companies where technology innovation is key to the service offering.

He operates at Executive level and is comfortable working with Board committees.  Joe typically has long-term client relationships and is a trusted advisor and member of the leadership teams in which he operates.

As a transformational leader and business partner, Kelly has a track record as a visionary IT leader, building, organizing and overseeing best-in-class IT departments. She has extensive experience in developing technology strategy, building and transforming Technology departments, leading development and IT operations, and driving compliance, allowing her to deliver technology solutions/strategies that result in high customer satisfaction, increased revenue, efficiency gains and cost reductions.

Kelly began her career in IT systems integration consulting as a systems engineer. From there, she moved into the technical management track, and became a leader of systems administrators and engineers. She served in various IT leadership positions in consumer services, retail, distribution and B2B verticals for over 20 years. Kelly now provides strategic technology consulting to mid-market organizations as the Managing Partner for Strategic Elevation Advisory Group.

Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Drexel University. She holds a Master’s in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University.
Kelly is the 2021 Philadelphia Large Corporate CIO of the Year winner, as presented by InspireCIO.

Madhu has 20+ years across IT disciplines and has held senior technology positions ranging from CIO, CTO, IT Ops Director, Lead Architect, Strategy and Head of IT, and Operations.

Her experience spans start-ups to FTSE-100 companies across manufacturing, higher education, healthcare, aerospace, government, insurance, and telecoms.

She brings technology together in a way that maximises business value and alignment between business and technology strategy. She has implemented CRM, ERP, security, networking, and billing systems and delivered innovative cloud migration and IoT architectures.

Madhu is a trustee of the University of Bristol, has won multiple awards and is a regular speaker at conferences. She holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering and a PhD in Networks and Modelling from Imperial College, London.

Mike joined Freeman Clarke having held a number of permanent and interim CIO/CTO leadership positions within businesses ranging from small start-ups to complex multi-site international organizations. He has significant experience of business strategy and digital transformation across several industries including professional services, real estate, IT managed services and higher education.

Prior to joining Freeman Clarke, Mike was a Partner and Board member at Malcolm Hollis LLP. He has experience in process redesign, enterprise architecture and program delivery gained from successfully delivery of a range of programs including Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, Business Intelligence, GDPR and BIM.

As IT Director at De Montfort University, he integrated and modernized several disparate IT teams, established a ground-breaking educational partnership with HP and led several sector-wide initiatives. He also has also worked for Eversheds, KPMG and ComputerLand.

Nigel joined Freeman Clarke in 2021 with a broad set of industry experience and has been an active member of highly successful leadership teams, helping to drive significant revenue growth whilst building, nurturing, and maintaining a company culture able to sustainably support the ambitions of the business and the people employed there.

He is also a highly effective public speaker and has been the most requested and highest rated keynote speaker at Dell events across EMEA.

Nigel has an ability to leverage business acumen and technology expertise to deliver innovative solutions that enable the achievement of both short- and long-term objectives.

Omar is a profound technology executive with over 25 years international experience and a top-tier global MBA. He embodies diverse skills and experience in business operations, corporate strategy, and technology, stemming from his background in Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering. Omar groomed a significant part of his career  while living and working in Europe.

He continues to be a critical thinker, who is competent in identifying opportunity and risk, and demonstrates his proven ability to successfully adapt and excel in diverse  business cultures.

Pat joins Freeman Clarke in the US region having successfully held CTO and executive level technology leadership roles in several business sectors including Manufacturing, Retail, Quick Service Restaurants, B2B, B2C, SAAS, and Ecommerce. He has help lead technical operations and strategy for large multi-national companies as well as start-up ventures. He is an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating innovative strategy and industry-changing solutions that improve company performance and productivity.

Previously, as CTO, Pat spent several years with Subway Restaurants transforming all aspects of technology including POS and digital consumer commerce platforms. Achievements included the world’s largest POS ecosystem rollout to over 38,000 locations in over 75 countries.

Earlier, Pat also held positions as CTO at Bic Corporation, Divisional CIO and EVP at Kodak, Sr. VP of Software Development and Client Services at SmartEquip, Chief Technologist and CTO at TheMarkets.com, and various positions as he rose through the ranks at Hyperion Software (now part of Oracle)

Rick is a transformational versatile technology leader with a proven track record of enabling business growth through technology, building high-performance teams, and implementing requisite processes and practices. Rick has led major digital transformations resulting in substantial revenue growth. Simultaneously he has led cost optimization efforts and implemented practices to enhance profit margins. He builds strong partnerships with business leaders, staff, and service providers. Rick is a respected leader and mentor of multi-level, multi-functional business, and technology teams. He proactively delivers business value and achieves continuous process improvements by leveraging his knowledge and practice of Lean Six Sigma, scaled agile, and a consultative approach to influence others and build consensus. Rick is an accomplished CITO serving as the IT leader in several major brands in global professional services, Insurance, Not-for -profits and Software as a Service companies. He has a track record of increasing revenue and lowering cost for his clients.

Sean is an accomplished cybersecurity and risk management professional with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through dynamic and complex technology landscapes. He excels in aligning business objectives with industry standard security practices, creating resilient cybersecurity programs and managing risk at both strategic and operational levels. Sean is adept at delivering governance frameworks, tailored to individual business needs; ensuring effective oversight and fostering a culture of accountability. His unique blend of leadership and technical expertise positions him as a trusted advisor for businesses seeking to enhance their security and risk posture.

Steve joined Freeman Clarke with more than 30 years of successful IT leadership experience in a variety of exciting and challenging geographies including the US, across a diverse range of industries including education, legal, medical, lifestyle, express-delivery, supply-chain, and commercial software.

Steve has held leadership positions such as CIO, CTO, VP IT Service Management, Operations, and Head of Business Applications.  Working closely with his business counterparts, he has helped to bring about significant organisational benefits and deliver customer value.

Steve has a keen interest in implementing proven best practices, developing amazing teams, nurturing highly productive supplier partnerships and in breaking down siloes, emphasising collaboration and communication across the organisation.  Steve also enjoys the challenges of new technologies and has been involved in the development of AI, Machine Learning and Blockchain solutions.  Steve is a lifelong learner and in his spare time likes travelling, food, cycling, reading, movies and developing his passion for coffee roasting and brewing.

Supro Ghose is an accomplished information security professional with over 18 years of CISO experience at organizations such as RBS, FINRA, CSBS and EagleBank; and other leadership positions at VISA, Microsoft, Citibank and CSS. He has a proven track record in building resilient cybersecurity programs, architecting cyberfusion centers, delivering assessments, leading global security teams, and aligning security strategies with business goals. Supro’s expertise spans regulatory compliance (GLBA, FFIEC, NIST, PCI-DSS), risk management, cloud security, and incident response. Known for enhancing regulatory adherence and reducing risk, he effectively communicates complex security concepts to executive teams and boards. Supro holds top industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, and CISA, validating his strategic and technical proficiency.

Julian joined Freeman Clarke at the beginning of 2017 and is part of our central team. He is responsible for all recruitment, CPD and HR activities both here in the UK and with our newly expanded team in Singapore. Julian has over 20 years’ experience with recruitment and HR and was most recently with a global charity looking after the recruitment of their international teams. Prior to that he has extensive experience working across a number of sectors including retail, warehousing and consultancy.

Kathryn joined Freeman Clarke in 2022 as VP Talent Partner and is responsible for talent acquisition within the US.

As a people focused recruiter, Kathryn is passionate about meeting and matching the right opportunity for prospective talent and business.

Kathryn is an experienced recruiter having worked within agency-based recruitment to leading and establishing a recruitment function inhouse. Kathryn is resourceful in her sourcing of passive and active talent, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is adaptable in her recruitment approach.

Troy joined Freeman Clarke in 2021 and looks after the Finance team and function.  He has a long career working with various sized companies, from exchange listed multi-corporate to SME across a wide range of industries.  While he started in Public practice, for most of his career he has worked in corporate as an Analyst, Management Accountant, Financial Controller, and Head of Finance.  He enjoys the work/life balance and working from home aspects of Freeman Clarke.
