Exigent needed an experienced technology leader to look after internal colleague-facing IT systems, as well as to bring out the best in the teams developing their client-facing technology solutions.

When COVID-19 hit, Steve was asked to lead one of Exigent’s four “Plan-Ahead Teams,” tasked with driving initiatives that supported key strategic objectives of speed to revenue, client retention, maintaining colleague productivity in the new dynamic working environment and helping reimagine support functions. He subsequently took on the program management role for the overall initiative.
