Andrea Wemyss from TECD Solutions contacted Freeman Clarke after starting a tech company that moved into offering managed services. As TECD had limited knowledge in this sector, Mark Ward from Freeman Clarke, who had previously grown and sold a successful MSP, joined TECD to work with the team for a six-month deep dive into the sales and operational aspects of the business.
