Mark is a highly experienced, SC-cleared, CIO/CTO/IT Director for FTSE-100 and CAC companies. He has a proven track record of success within multiple sectors, including B2B, B2C, manufacturing and FMCG, retail, defence, custodial, facilities management, and hospitality. He has significant experience in delivery of business-aligned IT infrastructure, application development and configuration, strategy definition, technology roadmaps, change management, business process re-engineering, ITIL, business continuity and DRP, KPI metrics, SLAs, IT support, Service Desks, cyber security (including to HMG standards), ISO27001/NIST/CMMC, team management and new technology deployment.
