Sowjanya joined the Freeman Clarke team in early 2017 and recently moved into a new Business Systems role. Her role is to ensure our systems, data and IT are properly set up and configured. Support company’s applications, processes, databases, and reporting, particularly processes and data that cross departments.
In her previous role, Sowj was responsible for the maintenance and customisation of our CRM database. She was also delivering some of our digital marketing campaigns and updating the website.
Prior to joining us, she had been working in a busy customer service role for Amazon, as a Lecturer, Software developer and Web developer. Outside of work Sowjanya enjoys reading, gardening and pottery.
