Before joining Freeman Clarke, Des spent for 18 years in Financial Services bringing over 25 online products to market. As the senior IT leader within a consulting business, he was responsible for the development, operation, infrastructure and security of all online products & services. Working closely with his peers, he took the business from start-up, through to a number of acquisitions & mergers, to finally residing within a FTSE100.

Des is passionate about personal growth, and remains a coach & mentor to a number of technology leaders
