Starting his career in finance, Simon is adept at building effective business cases, ensuring they are consistently measured, and delivering strategies that align with organisational goals.

Recognising that technology solutions are only as effective as their adoption, Simon focuses on developing solutions that resonate with people. In addition to being a trained accountant, Simon holds a Masters in Psychology and is an RFU Licensed Rugby Coach and referee—skills he frequently employs when building strategies for organisational change.
